Suggest Remedy For Headache & Depression

hi sir i m from nepal .since two years i have been talking the medicines of depression (zosert 50 and 25). Now a days i m not feeling well .i feel something is happening in left side of my head .All my body aches .whenever i move my body or my head front and back i feel pain n also suffering from headache also .
