Suggest Remedy For Headache With Constipation

Hello im 37 weeks pregnant. My doc told me I was 75% effaced and barely open..since yesterday ive had a terrible headache..and now today very constipated and very tired... Are these any signs of labor starting... It hurts to walk alot and I pee alllllll day and alllllll night...
