Suggest Remedy For Headache With Inflamed Upper Gums

Hi, my four year old has had persistent headaches (always across the forehead) and stomach ache for months now. His eyes and ears have been checked and are normal. Recently his upper gum has become inflamed (bright red and sore). Please could you tell me what this could be?
