Suggest Remedy For Headache With Soreness In Arms With Neck And Back

My dog knocked me off of my feet and I fell on my back and hit the back of my head yesterday. My arms were weak and I had a bad headache, but other than that felt fine. This morning I woke up with a headache still plus my arms and neck-front and back are really sore. Should I be concerned? See a doctor or just take it easy?
