Suggest Remedy For Headache

hello my girlfriend banged the back of her head earlier and has a bad headache nsince there is no visible swelling but she cant sleep because she gats nauseas and recently threw up what appears to be bile she has taken fiorcet for the headache but its not helping.should i take her to the hospital?
