Suggest Remedy For Headache

I have a similar problem. Every time I cough sneeze or bend over, my head hurts, especially above my left eye and left temple as well as the front. This has been going on for three days now and is not getting any better. What type of doctor should I go see and is there any OTC medications I can take to ease the pain?
