Suggest Remedy For Headache

hi i am 26 i had hydrocephalus when i was a baby but my last chek up was when i was 4 and my shunt was still working. i have noticed that i get alot of headaches and somtimes get dizzy. my bigest concern is the top part of my shunt is biger than the lower part around my abdomen. is this normal
