Suggest Remedy For Headache

hi i was wondering if you could help me, my mum has been in a lot of pain lately with her sinuses and has has a constant headache for over 7 weeks now, she has been to see a doctor and they put her on antibiotics but they don't seem to be working, could you please give me some idea to what could be wrong.
