Suggest Remedy For Headache

yes i woke up with a headache so bad i took some advil and like 10 minutes later it made me vomit and the only thing makes it feel better is to stand in the shower under hot water do you have any suggestions iam 32 and i weigh 168 lbs no medical problems that im aware of
