Suggest Remedy For Headache

last year i had got a continuous and severe headache(it starts from near ears and prevails in head both sides of the neck and shoulders,sometimes severe and sometimes less pain and if i get aggressive it increases. ),i met many doctors.Some of them were general physicians and some were neuro physicians.but nobody could diagnose.ultimately i got a psychaitrist and he told me that this was hypertension+somatic depression.He prescribed Nexito forte(1 tab every night) and BetaCapT 40 mg(1 tab every nmlorning).i took it approximately for 1 month and i got cured.but at the same time i got diagnosed for tuberculosis too.and tAHT CHEST SPECIALIST advised me not to take these psychaitic medicines.since then i have been undergoing constant medication of TB(drug prescribed for TB is xeed 4).but now since last 15 days i have been suffering from same headache.what should i do now.can i have nexito and beta capT with xeed 4.or there is some alternate remedy?
