Suggest Remedy For Headaches After A Neck Spasm

I was talking to my daughter and all of a sudden my neck spasmed slightly and the left side of my neck popped. Now my ear feels plugged up, my neck feels a weak, and have a slight headache and a warm sensation in my head all on that side. This isn't the first time this has happened but it is the first time for the other symptoms. I am also 7 months pregnant so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I don't have any pain or stiffness either.
