Suggest Remedy For Headaches After Overdose Of Paracetamol

Hi, I took an overdose of paracetamol over a week ago. I took 30 tablets and was treated in hospital. I had a reaction to the antidote they gave me and was very ill for the next 3 days. I ve been out of hospital for just under a week and have had a very bad headache that I can t seem to get rid of. It s just on the right side and the back of my eye. It s worse if I bend down. My temple just throbs. Have you any idea why I have this please?.
