Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Knot On Head After Injury

i hit my head in concrete two days ago. I ve had a headache ever since. It caused me to have a big knot on my head about the size of a tangerine. It s smaller now, but still feel it. That area of my head is still red. What should I do or what signs should I look for?
