Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Pain In Eyes Due To Direct Sunlight

For the past few months the sun is unavoidably right in my eyes at work for a 2 hour period each day and i'm getting regular headaches and my eyes fell permanantly achey even when not in the sun, sun glasses are not an option and i'm worried! Please help, Advice?
