Suggest Remedy For Headaches And Tiredness

Hi am 35 and fed up with feeling tried. Ive been sleeping for 12 hours a night but still struggle to get out of bed. Also ive been stuffing from headache for about 2 days every week. Sore throat, sometimes with swollen glands for about 4 days of the week. Swollen stomach off and on as well....Sometimes by body just aches especially the knees. Been like this now for nearly a year..help
