Suggest Remedy For Headaches, Stomach Pain And Dizziness

I feel sick just thinking about food, when i eat i don t feel well, i feel hungry but cant seem to put food in my mouth, i have headaches, stomach pains, feel dizzy all the time, i feel shaky and i had a few moments where i fainted. what could be the problem?
