Suggest Remedy For Headaches, Vertigo And Numbness In Hands

After my 4th child was born I have had a low grade headache on my right side. ...At one point this had turned into severe vertigo spells that lasted aprox 6 months off and on and ceased for no apparent change in lifestyle or reason in the winter months. I have fall allergies and asthma and had bad wisdom teeth at the time...I had my wisdom teeth removed in the spring, thinking this may have been the reason. The headache never subsided. Shortly there after I have had a recurrent feeling of an ice cold drainage from my right ear...nothing there! Went to the chiropractor....no such luck...This is now accompanied by numbness in my right hand ring and pinky fingers. pain and tightness in my shoulder and a feeling of frozen drops discharging from my ear. There is a very painful streak that runs from the right shoulder, between my shoulder blades and into the right side of my neck to the upper most part of the back side of my skull. Might sound crazy, but if I can get my back or neck to crack just right my right sinus drains! and it feels ok for a few minutes/seconds....but that s it. Just recently the right side of my neck throbs below my jaw bone and down ...Subsides if my neck cracks and my stupid right sinus drains... WTF??
