Suggest Remedy For Headaches While Exercising

i have suffered with what was diagnosed as tention headaches for 4 years. i was prescribed amitriptyline 10mg.yes they worked until joined the gym and after exercise my headaches were back with a vengence. i made sure i drank plenty of water so that was ok. i went back to the doctors and he said this was common but after gaining weight since being on tablet and not be able to do the exercise is making me feel quite miserable. i am 44 years old 5ft 3inch and now weigh 10st 6lb.
