Suggest Remedy For Headaches With Severe Back And Neck Pain

I have been seeing a D.O. for five-six weeks. I've had terrible headaches and severe back and neck pain. He has manipulated me on a weekly basis for "dislocated vertebrae in (my) neck and back" and "Dislocation of first ribs on left and right sides". I got a copy of my MRI report and am wondering what this means: "There is robust ulceration artifact along the dorsal surface of the cord. Thoracic spine MRI without findings to account for patient's symptoms."
Aside from seeing the D.O. on a weekly basis, he has me doing Physical Therapy (weight lifting, soft tissue massage & heat therapy) twice per week and has me taking several prescription drugs.
What can I do to avoid "popping" everything out of place all of the time? Should I be seeing another doctor?
