Suggest Remedy For Headaches

I have been getting these headaches which feels like pressure building up behind my eyes. They will stay for a couple of hours and then all of a sudden fizz comes out of my nose and the headache goes. I dont know where the fizz comes from as I havnt had any fizzy drinks and how its related to my headahces.
