Suggest Remedy For Hearing Distortion Post Treatment For Sinusitis

I am a professional musician. I recently had a sinus and ear infection. I completed a 10-day course of amoxycillin one week ago. I am feeling quite well; however, my hearing has become distorted in my left ear. I shared that I am a musician because it is most unnerving to hear instruments (singly or in groups) sound almost as though they are quarter-tones in eastern music. I have found that it can be somewhat less disturbing if I put a foam earplug in before I play. At what point should I be seeing my ENT?
