Suggest Remedy For Hearing Problem

I have some hearing problem and horness from my boath ears

since two,three years. I cant catching low voiced words while speaking with my neighbours

due to coming some "sse " sound (horness) from ears.



In this regard I have approached some of ENT doctors and they replied me

that there is some operation for increasing hearing but no guarentee is

in clearing of horness i.e. coming sound from my ears "sse" voice from

ears.



Therefore, it is request to give your valuable advise for necessary treatment please.
