Suggest Remedy For Hernia With Blisters On Neck And Back

I started with two ulcers about a year ago and those have healed with meds. Recently I have been told I have a hernia near my belly button and I keep breaking out in a rash near my neck little red spots with a small blister on top and on my back. Is this related? My app. is not until april 22. with my gastronolist.
