Suggest Remedy For High BP When On Linopril

Hi:I I am concern about my pressure going up always when I am going to have my check-up. There are many days when I feel find. I do and have concerns, those are environmental issue, (I do need to change, location) I was taking Linopril and now amloopine, How can I help to reduce this and take something that would help.
