Suggest Remedy For High FSH And LH Levels

i am 34 yrs ,never had a period without the use of medication to induce it.i want to get pregnant but my fsh is 55 and lh is 25.i cannot afford ivf,can u please tell me if there is ant other alternative?will vitex and clomid help.please ia m desperate and depressed about this situation.my doc wants to do a laparoscopy.
