Suggest Remedy For High Fever In A Child

Hi, My daughter, 2 years & 1 month old, 11.5 Kg (25 Lb) having high fever (103.7 F) since last 4 days. I have tried Flexon (Ibruphen+Paracetamol) Oral Suspension and Paracetamol (P250). Still she is getting fever 4/5 hrs after using the Flexxon/Paracetamol. Is it safe to use Flexxon? thanks, Ranen
