Suggest Remedy For High Frequency Hearing Loss Caused Due To Tinnitus

Hello Sir, My name is Harsh Nahata and I am from India.I have been suffering from tinnitus from the past 4 years.The problem had initiated due to an infection. I have the problem only in my right ear. Due to the problem I have developed high frequency hearing loss upto 70db. Is the prob treatable?.I was also selected for the Indian Air Force Technical Branch.I was rejected due to hearing loss in right ear.Is the prob really something to worry about?
