Suggest Remedy For Hip Pain

I am having hip pain within the area where my replacement was done 2 years ago...no redness or swelling from what I can see. The hip feels tight in the area. Hip surgery done last time had to be done 4 to 5 times due to infection of old prostetic to new. Now I have a joint with a wire and a claw allowing my muscle to have something to grab on to since joint muslce has nothing to hold on to anymore.
