Suggest Remedy For Hives All Over The Body

I seem to be braking out in hives for teh last few days somedays I dont get them at all but seems to start on my knees and elbows sometimes my ears get really red and hot I can tell right before Iam goignt o brake out or just as they start not to srue what can be causeing them
