Suggest Remedy For Hot Sensation In Feet And Palms

Hello,I am experiencing really hot sensation in my feet and palms, have had it every now and again through out the years. Its always at night and becomes so irritating I need step into a bathtub full of cold water. Just wonder if this something worth checking ? Thank you!
