Suggest Remedy For Hunger Pangs And Soreness On The Spine

Hi im from south africa please can u assist me in my health query.I feel hungry at times but when I do get down to eating something I feel horribly sick as if I shouldnt have eaten plus I have a weird soreness on the centre core of my spine then I feel so restless please help.
