Suggest Remedy For Hyperpigmented, Spotty Scars On Legs Due To Skin Infection

hi,i have some sort of skin problem,during my childhood i,ve got skin infection mostly at the leg from toes up to knee.it became inflammed together with pus and skin crust..it was recurrent till i became adolescent and now i am 22 yrs old and there is no longer skin infections.but the problem is,the scars. hyperpigmented blackish spotty scars.till now the scars persist..i've used many types of cream to bleach these areas,but it's not effective at all..what should i do?
