Suggest Remedy For Ice Pick Pains In Right Side Of Head

Hi, 18 months ago I was in a serious reck, had a 43 day concussion, very confused, very different type of headache the entire time, the MRI showed 5 lesions on or in brain, all pain and lesions were on left side where I was thrown during reck. I just started getting those "ice pick" pains throughout the right side of my head, one moved across my forehead and down my jaw. I have TBI noted last June, 2013. My husband has stage for cancer in bone, lungs, liver from colon cancer 9 years ago. I was guessing that these were from just "stress", they are scary, I am his total caregiver. To be honest, yes, I now smoke again, trying not to at all, but.. I have herniated disc from reck, didn't want surgery or injections, I swam, still do when I can, ice, and have inversion bed. I juice veggies, eat only organic, my husband does alternative treatment only. I am 5'4 and weigh 110.
