Suggest Remedy For Inability To Pass Urine After Alcohol Intake

after I get really drunk I cant pee and I have to go to the ER the next morning to get a catheter put in otherwise I literally will not pee. I get extremely bloated like 4 months pregnant bloated. this happened 3 times last semester. why does it happen? how do I stop it? and could it possible be because I took Accutane 3 times a couple years ago?
