Suggest Remedy For Increased Back Pain Post Back Surgery With Cushion

I have chronic back pain for last four years, and recently I had and operation by an orthopaedic surgeon who used a technic called a cushion like between a disc. He said this operation is not risky but my upper back has a curvature called scoilosis and that is risky and a major operation. I find myself with more pain and it has made no difference. What is the next step forward? End
