Suggest Remedy For Indention In Nail

I damaged my two nails by getting them scraped at the cuticle forward about 1/4 inch. A little bleeding, very painful for two weeks then pain went away but the nail won't regrow and new nail isn't forming in its place. Been about two months now and from the profile of it the nail has a depression of about 1/8-1/4 inch compared to the rest of the nail. Any advice?
