Suggest Remedy For Infected Mole On Chin

I have had a mole on my chin for as long as I can remember. Last week I accidentally scratched it and it really hurt but it was nothing serious. Then, I accidentally put facial bleach on it, forgetting that I had scratched it. It got red and my whole chin has gotten very swollen. Also, the swollen area became hard, as if I had a quarter under my skin. Is the mole infected, or is it more serious?
