Suggest Remedy For Infected Ulcerated Skin With Bleeding And Itching

Well I do not know where to start before this breaks me I was diagnosed with dermographism hives 3 years 8 months ago. I have seen 4 different dermotoligists who all agree, My levels of Ige are 255. I have infected ulcerated skin everywhere, bleeding, so itchy, pussing. I have tried everything everybody has suggested. I am so tired of battling this.
