Suggest Remedy For Infection And Bleeding After Having Copper Coil Fitted

I have the copper coil fitted from start of 2014 had lots of infections after been bleeding constantly when it slows down all i get is brown discharge sometimes with blood or blood clots this has got worst since my doc gave me the pills to take i been bleed heavy with massive bloodclots so i stopped taking them now am spotting with brown discharge all the time?
