Suggest Remedy For Infection And Swelling On The Ear

Helloo

Since childhood i had ear piercing but soon after marriage i removed the earring for 8 months and after 8 months as i tried to wear some earring on my ear.. i got infection, swelling and itching as well. I removed again that earring and put neem stick on that but still no hope to get my ear piercing back... i guess i wont be able to wear earrings again ever .. :(
As currently i am living in Singapore.. Can anyone suggest any medicine to apply.. ???
