Suggest Remedy For Infection In Foreskin Of Penis

Hi, i some infection on upper skin of my male organ. It has developed small but multiple cracks on the skin they all are concentrated in area(which is basiclly the most flexible skin).Please help me with name and address of doctor/clinic where i can visit and get necessary treatment.
