Suggest Remedy For Infection In Penis

hi im a 13 year old boy and i have these weird little bumps on the rim of the head of my penis ive never had sex before so it cant be harmful and its also not pearlys either usally it doesnt smell but now when i go to the bathroom and pull back my foreskin it smells pretty foul help?
