Suggest Remedy For Infection In The Throat Causing Difficulty In Swallowing

Ok I have a sore near my uvula. It's white like the ones I get on the inside of my lips when I accidentally bite them. So it pains me to swallow. On top I that I'm getting hot and cold flashes, headaches, dizziness, body feeling weak. I don't know if this is serious and I should spend my money on a doctor. Or if this is all because the sore and I can just wait it out. It is unbareable to swallow. I'm a college student.
