Suggest Remedy For Infertility With A History Of PCOS

hi iam 23years and iam 60kgs..and my height is 5 2.. iam suffering from irregular periods because of pcos and again iam trying to conceive. iam using fertipro with doctor suggestion after using that within one month I got perod and this month I did not get period and also iam maintaing balanced diet.so will I get pregenant while using it.please suggest me.what are the precautions to be taken to concieve
