Suggest Remedy For Inflamed Knee Post Liquid Removal And Synvis Infilteration

I have been suffering of knee pain for over a year now.had an MRI infeb2013.showed arthritis torn menisci plus a pouch with liquid. In sept 2014 i had some liquid removed also had a Synvis infiltration.felt much better but only lasted 2 months i ve had liquid removed 2 mths after a lot more. I cannot walk for long feel inflammation coming back . I am only 55 what should i do.?
