Suggest Remedy For Inflammation In Back Of Head

Hi, I am 27 years old, I get inflammation in the backside skin of my head and I m facing this for more than 5 years. I have consulted lot of doctors n they prescribe some antibiotics. But after a month or so, I am getting this again. Currently I am taking Droxyl-500 and Vitamin AtoZ. Can u please tell me if there is any permanent cure for this problem?
