Suggest Remedy For Inflammation In Knees

hello, what is the best fish oil to take for inflamation due to sports related of the knees? this is in ref to my 12 year old grandson who plays baseball and does a lot of running, and sliding into to base and now his knees hurt, x-rays showed inflamation of the knees. Thank you. Joe Hoffman
