Suggest Remedy For Inflammation Of Testicles And Penis?

I'm a firefighter and after responding to a 6 hour call a few days ago I seem to have a bad case of heat rash. What scares me is my testicles and penis are inflamed, extremely red, and itchy. I've tried letting them "air out" on their own by keeping out of the heat, but they still itch and are swollen. HELP!
