Suggest Remedy For Inflammation On The Penis With Burning Sensation During Urination

Hi, I had protected (with a condom) sex and now I am having inflammation on my pee hole and it burns when I pee. It only burns on the start and not when the flow is already started. I can see inflammation only around the pee hole and not the entire head. What should I do?
