Suggest Remedy For Insomnia

Hi I having a real hard time lately. I cant seem to sleep its been going on for along time. I have had 2 hours sleep a night I keep crying. Ive been to the doctors and they wanted to put me on 5 htp. I took for to nights kept me awake even more. Im going crazy.
